Orders and delivery times:
Between the recording of your order and sending it happens one to two weeks. Selfmade each item you order, it is possible that delays are sometimes a little longer for delivery, depending on the number of orders I have in progress. Thank you for your patience if this happens.
The items are returned or exchanged. It is therefore important to properly complete your order.
Packaging, shipping and transport:
Your order will be pampered from A to Z! You will receive it in suitable packaging, all well protected in a padded envelope or air depending on the size of your order in a package also filled with guards. All will be sent by post.
